About Us
Since Henric Estates’ humble beginnings in March 1994, the company
has slowly grown into one of the leading real estate agencies in
Swakopmund. Johan Cilliers, one of the founder partners, is
still at the helm and he has surrounded himself with a very
competent staff complement.
Gail Waldron has
been Johan’s right hand for 15 years and knows the company inside
out. Under Gail’s guidance, the very enthusiastic administrative
assistant, Wendy Sitzer, helps to keep the admin and rental side
running smoothly.
A great team of real

options. Retha, Rudi, Marius, Anet and Christine are working in
